Seriously, I'd bet money that, during the day, when you're doing these stressful things that cause you so much trouble, you suck air and hold your breath. It's a culturally transmitted patter that we pick up as children. just exhale and relax. It makes everything easier, and you don't end up piling stress on top of stress throughout the day.
