As mentioned above, exercise and deep breathing have always been helpful for me in calming me down. I know that when I am feeling stressed, my mind races and I can't stop thinking about whatever the stressor in.
Add in to that list stretching and meditation. Lastly, if you are stressed and feeling angry or frustrated some emotional release work would be helpful as well. Go into your car with your windows rolled up and scream. Or, physically beat into a cushion or punching bag.
