Stress is the mind killer. Perhaps you're doing too much. You shouldn't refer to your activities as a "daily grind." If you feel that your days are like that, change your life. Me, I would never let my life get stressful because I have a medical condition that gets worse with stress.
What I would suggest is trying to eliminate stress from your life. Catch the root problem instead of treating the symptoms. Stress is all of your own creation. You decide what will make you stressed. You have the choice not to get stressed. It's very hard to gain control over these things, but just see things from a bigger perspective and you'll realize that the stress you're feeling is not warranted.
