Here's my advice: Chillax... it'll work out.
I have those nights when my mind is racing non-stop all the time. I especially had them back when I was in college. Maybe you need to find something to focus your energy on. When I was a freshman, I learned how to fly. From that point on, I was hooked. If my mind was racing, it was racing with thoughts of flying... which I found thrilling.
Find something to look forward to; there's a ton of fun stuff out there.
