Seriously? Right click disable on a blog?
I wanted to look at your source and run some seo stats on your site to see how you're doing. I still did, just haven't seen a rightclick disable in a long while. usually its from sites that are shady, since everything that can be done from the right click menu is still available to do.
on to an analysis:
You've got great backlinks for this site: 730 and a PR 2 for a site that's less than a year is incredible. I'm very pleased to see that level of commitment and interaction with other blog and sites.
What I saw that explains your problems with traffic: you have no solid keywords in your posts to build any traffic behind.
For example: you recently blogged about earth hour. A timely topic.
Did you know that google has 21m pages for the term
earth hour blog post?
You're competing to get traffic with 21 million other pages! how could you get any traffic for that term?
Then I saw you posted about making a blog hot.
Google
broad matched that one with 71mil competing pages.
You're a tiny tiny fish in a big ocean with posts like that. There is no way you'd get any traffic writing about topics that are so competitive. Looking at your tags also tells me that your site is not optimized to get less competitive traffic to your blog.
For example your tags on earth hour post had terms like: google, google homepage, awareness and blog. there are 793k sites tagged for blog. how can you compete with that many?
Aside from focusing on writing good content. Focus on being able to dig deeper on a already competitive broad subject. Example, if I were trying to get traffic for the earth hour post, I'd have a more detailed headline with an angle. Something like Earth Hour from Australia to Your Hometown. and write about the town/city/country you're in and how earth hour impacts you right at home. now your post would not be just about earth hour, but earth hour (your city) which will be easier to rank and get traffic for.
Submitting to search engines is not something that will bring you traffic. That just helps you get indexed in the search engine.
To check if your site is an SE do search this phrase:
link:yourdomainname
I checked your url in google and yahoo and your site comes up. you're not indexed by msn and I doubt that it would help you get traffic if you were.
Writing deeper targeted posts on more specific interests over time will bring you the traffic you're looking for.
You have the dedication to writing that it will take to bring the traffic you're looking for I just have a hard time finding the specific direction and momentum you want to have with your site so far.
