I ordered this book from amazon used, & I had my father ship it to me in Thailand. There's a Goodwill sticker on it, saying $.99.
I wonder if it's the same copy. Do you know an Eric & Carrie? There's some writing in the book about calling them.
This is an excellent read, I think when I'm done with this one I'll want some more Sanaya books.
