Thanks Lallymac. I liked the story you shared. I've known people who use dreams to work through reasons for their present day anxiety and other issues. Where people confront sources of fear in their dreams, they can train themselves to awaken with the ability to better manage emotions during their real lives. Where dream scenarios involve strangers, people to whom I speak make connections to possible flashbacks or reincarnation. No matter what our age, I think dreams are especially useful when they enable us to explore new meaning in our emotions and to better understand ourselves.
We get out of them what we choose to learn.
