The right click disable looks like a plugin from WP-CopyProtect and is not well received. Personally I would remove it since you can't really stop people from stealing content and you want your ideas to spread with proper credit. See: (WordPress › Support » Don't use WP-CopyProtect)

I use a commercial app to speed up the process of finding keywords with high demand and low competition.
The way to do this for free is to
Finding how many searches are done on keywords use Google's free keyword tool:
https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

Compare the results of a phrase match of that keyword in google (query "keyword1") and see how many pages there are.

the ratios I like to look for easier to rank for keywords are
monthly searches between 2400 and 4500
competing page results less than 50k to rank within a few months and less than 100k to rank in 3-6 months

To see how well the top ten are in SEO factors, using the SEO for FF toggled on search for that phrase and you'll see the option to look up the PR, data last crawled and their backlink data from Yahoo. This gives you an idea of what kind of numbers your site would have to have to be grouped with the page 1 results for that keyword.

There are other strategies that you can use to drive traffic but its best do use them once you are sure which keywords you want to go after to build up momentum and really know what sites are also in that niche.

That should be plenty to kick start your quality targeted content to get you more traffic!
