I looked at his about page (Introduction | Proenrichment) his post on making a blog hot (Case Study : How To Make Your Blog Hot | Proenrichment) then this forum thread about possibly gaining traffic through se submissions and it didn't add up for me to a clear path to the stated purpose. If it wasn't bolded on the about page I would not have put together the purpose from the list of recent posts.

I took the stated purpose as the baseline driver for the content and gauged congruence. I do believe that content should reflect the overall direction of the blog/website's intended purpose. This helps to build a steady readership who will come back to the site for more new posts. Centering content on a purpose helps build the relationship between the author and the readers.

For example, I have a hard time believing a blog is congruent if its a "how to make money" blog where the posts are about how to make money but the writer is not living the path of the information published.

I'd like to hear your perspective on this.

Here are some of the SEO blogs in my feedreader, lots of content from people who are totally congruent in writing about and doing seo:

Sorry,from your post I thought you were saying grizzly's site had some good SEO information but that it was not "not congruent with the idea that the blog is about the practical keys to a successful life" . I agree with you on that with regard to the OP's site.
