I started out with EFT and found it quite good, it was pretty much the first personal development process that actaully did something for me. I don't use it anymore, but it was a good thing to learn. Now she has progressed to only using Larry Crane's Release Technique, which is basically the Sedona Method in a different wrapping, which is a much more efficient way of releasing, and it's working wonders for her. She is no longer depressed, she has become very active, and is doing amazingly well at work. She also has a new boyfriend, who I'm sure is much better for her than I was. 
Big Mind is absolutely terrific, I love it and use it regularly. It goes great with releasing and I recommend it to everyone I think will be 'ready' for it.
These things are among the few things in the world of personal development that really work. I am so happy to have found them, and they have saved me ALOT of money - I no longer have to attend those expensive seminars by Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Wayne Dyer etc that I never got any results from anyway. This stuff is on a COMPLETELY different level. Everyone should learn it. |
