I would suggest to go and talk to the ambassy of the USA in your country, see what the options are.

Maybe it is a good idea to do your masters there (if you have enough money) and get a student visa. Then, after you graduate you can try and get a green card.

All this information should be available from the website of the ambassy of the USA, in your country.
