 Meditating and headaches
I realized in the blog thread of "Psychics are like Doctors, that I went off course with what Erin's blog intention was. I have started a new thread to address this issue I am having with headaches when meditating. Here is the question I posed.
I do have a question for "Dr. Erin." Why is it that when I meditate and get messages from my higher self, I get a headache that lasts for a long time. This is so much of a bother to me, that it causes me to refrain from meditating. Does anyone else have this problem? |
