I'm seeing plenty of these numbers and things now, all day long, everywhere. I just inwardly nod, like "yes I see you" and that's all I think I need to do. Then there's no resistance to them, you show that not only are you allowing, but that you EXPECT this stuff to happen all the time, it's a matter of course. Which means they increase.
I guess just keep going until you feel reality is shattering before your eyes, then slow down a little and that gives you a greater tolerance to go even deeper next time.
