I bought the book a while ago but hadn't gotten around to implementing the dietary changes until recently. Mainly because I couldn't afford to buy the supplements while I wasn't working, as soon as I got a job I bought some of them first pay, started with the Flaxseed and digestive enzymes about 3 seeks ago, this week I bought Vitamins. I haven't been followingo to the letter but on Friday I noticed a top I wore the week before was looser, weighed myself and found I am down 4 kilos! Today (Sunday) I am down an half kilo or so. I am not finding it hard at all and have eaten whatever I wanted during this, as long as I had some healthy live foods everyday, if I felt like chocolate I had it. I've stayed away from dead processed foods as much as I could, no more frozen meals for me. If I have no time to cook I make a sandwish and sprinkle flaxseed onto the filling.


I've not been using the CD but did when I first bought it, had trouble visualising myself as thin. Afterall I've been told I was fat all my life so how on Earth could I see myself as thin. I was sorting old photos and found some of myself at 18 and couldn't get over how thin I was back then. I do realise was that I come from a family of undersized runts and I was the largest out of my siblings so considered fat even though I was standard size for my age. I have been using another recording I bought years ago called Think Slim by Hypnotist Martin St James for the past week, which is helping me walk past those cake shops without a second glance.

Jon mentions that the first month the weightloss will be small and there is the possiblity of putting weight on, when I weighed myself first week I did note a gain of a kilo. He also reccommends not to weigh yourself but curiousity got the better of me. Usually when I go on a diet I lose around 4 kilos in the first week, this 4 kilos took me almost 3 weeks. After the first month the weight loss should acelerate, not like in standard diets where it plummets after the first week. I know I am burning fat because I can taste Ketosis most of the time.

On Friday my boss whom I've been working with for the last month told me how healthy I was looking.
