Why can nobody understand that even if someone is wrong in his opinion/belief, he has a right to believe whatever he wants.

Trying to force him to support gays on his dating website would be the exact same as him trying to force someone else to fight against gays' rights. Both are equally absurd and blatantly disrespectful of everyone's right to believe what they want.
I don't think anyone would defend the idea that EHarmony should be forced to do or believe anything. However, just like it's their right to support an ideology, it's their patrons' and potential patrons' right to know what this ideology is, so that they can refuse to support a business contradicting their values. I, for one, am glad to know this information.
