oh god....here it is pple...lets calm down! ha! we have a life to live....

actually on second thoughts lets not!....this is the path...

but remember if your consciousness gets too wrapt up in just seeing the number...the number is all you will see...as the focus narrows down to just that and you don't allow other things in....open mind! let it flow......let in all in, and know you have jumped up a notch on receiving...I wonder about all the other ways, they are going to deliver its existence....mmmmmm believe me they are sooooooo creative.......we want sync's+!

omg! I typed we want syncs, and that was my point......to say we just want synchs! and my hand slipped....and I pushed +! and the weird thing....you have to actually push caps to make a plus other wise it comes up as equals! and I was no where near caps!

so we want sync's plus! some one fill in the gaps!..........................
