if you are really shy; you could start commenting on everything you saw on YouTube or putting up a reply on every thread that you read here. This will practice your speaking-of-the-mind. I did it a lot before and its easy for me now to take out everything from my mind and put it into words. After that, you could start with your family, say everything you wanna say.
