I quite often wake up just before the alarm sounds (which I always set as a backup), which means that my cycles are of a reasonably consistent length. As for 'days off', what are they again?

users out there, I noticed on a quick snippet from the MacBreak
podcast that there is a version of Pzizz being developed specifically for biphasic sleep. Really looking forward to the release of that.
