This is just a question of allowing.. yes if someone feels depressed, pissed of whatever.. they can if the other allows.. have their energy drained.. sink to that level..
I looked through the materials I have transcribed but could not find anything exact.. either I can post some partial information if you want.. (not right on) or I suggest you read abrahams model of influencing others.. as I feel it's pretty good.. to paraphrase it says what I said above basically..
Also I wanted to clarify a interesting if not odd fact.. there are energy type healers (new agers is another correct word) that go around the planet to special *areas* and heal our planet and or our society.. and try to bring about world peace and other such things.. I believe they are supposed to have a meeting to do that in san francisco in 2012 as well to do just that.. (but I may be getting my facts wrong about the date/place)
