yes.you can.
but do not send personal energy.instead redirect the universal energy.
before you can do that you need to tune into and have clear access to it.
so start by tuning in and experiencing it first hand.
how you can do that is by first visualizing being filled up.look up the white light meditation.
as you continue to do that.a point will come when you will actually feel,sense,hear,see it.some side effects would be that your life starts changing too.
(along with some woo-woo experiences)
once you get comfortable and established in this connection.and can help YOURSELF by asking it to heal you.and your life situations (even the everyday stuff) and see it manifesting in your physical world..you are ready to help others
