Notes: I had a pretty hard time getting up this morning at 07:30, which I attribute to it being nearly 3 hours before my previous normal waking time. I did get up and didn't oversleep, though. I had pretty good energy all day, and wasn't tired up until about 18:30. I fell asleep for my nap faster than I did yesterday, probably due to the decreased amount of sleep last night, but I don't think I slept very deeply. I woke for a while in the middle of the nap, so I know I probably didn't get a whole sleep cycle in, but I did remember a dream.
