Biphasic Trial Day 1
Core sleep: 1:30-7:30.
I decided last night I am going for a 6 hour core sleep for the first few days at least, so I don't shock my body too much. Judging by how hard it was for me to get up when my alarm went off, I'd say it was probably a good idea. So far so good, though. If I start adapting quickly to this schedule, I'll drop down to 4.5 hour core early next week.
