What program did you follow?
If we can find the source, maybe we can fix it. I do believe in this one phrase. "As long as I am alive, I can move forward."
I myself was a suicidal guy in the past. (2 -3 years ago) so I think I can relate to you.
Have you ever watched YES MAN? I recommend it.
