Snacks: nuts, fruit
But this is just an example. Sometimes we're heavier on the carbs and sometimes we're heavier on the protein. Sometimes we have peanut butter chocolate vegan ice cream and sometimes we have no dessert.
We generally get our B12 from fortified rice milk.
