Yes, but the arguable selling point for SBI is that it guides someone who knows nothing at all about SEO through the development of the site concept & site content using keywords which will help get their site on the map. If someone who goes the cheap route does that without procuring that necessary knowledge another way, they've wasted their time & money.
I'm just highlighting both sides of the fence here... SBI is excellent for someone who isn't going to take it upon himself to research and "own" that aspect of the business independently.
I'm more the independent sort, so SBI isn't for me. But it's a great product for many people.
