I do have an article on prolonging lucidity. The single best thing is to say out loud "I'm dreaming, this is a lucid dream" every few minutes (no hardship, really). But there are a number of excellent tricks, like looking at something close up to improve your focus, or rubbing your hands to stimulate the sensation of friction or movement.
Here it is: How To Stay Lucid in Dreams
Thanks to these methods, I went from having lucid dreams that lasted a few seconds - to many that last up to 40 minutes! (it's easy to tell when you're dozing in the morning with one eye on the clock!) |
Your site about lucid dreaming has stayed with me since I first checked it out. I used to lucid dream all the time, and i still do occasionally but it's been awhile.
Catalyzed me to set the intention to jack that up again. It's such a wonderful sensation!
