I have been dealing with some difficult situations where I work and some difficult situations in the home place. All just the sorts of things that come up in life. Nobody in terrible trouble, nobody singly at fault. We are all, in both places, incredibly fortunate overall.

Still, things happen, there are misunderstandings, people get greedy, people get hung up on things which keep them from being their best.

I find myself somehow needing to be involved in this, although not myself a "target". So......I've been working with a new intention and I find it incredibly helpful, both encouraging to me and helpful in that time after time, when I concentrate on practicing my intentions, things seem to happen in positive directions. I see a clear connection between my own feeling more positive, finding ways to act more positively--mainly by having what turn out to be good ideas, and increasingly positive outcomes.

Here is my intention:

In an easy and relaxed manner,
In a healthy and positive way,
For the highest good of all,
In its own perfect time, with its own perfect timing,
In good faith and in good humor,
With God in my heart,

I intend;

Wisdom, love and understanding,
Clear and effective thinking and clear and effective communication

Consistently promoting a healthy, high quality and happy family life

And then I do it all again, with the last line:

Consistently promoting a healthy, high quality and happy work environment.

I do find that using these words, although the whole thing may seem lengthy, helps me to remember the individual elements which seem to be very important in balance.
