Yes, Alex that is truly unique, I actually live in Oakland Park, which is not too far from either of the places that you mention, and I work in Deerfield Bch, not too far from Boca....

Since I believe there is no such thing as a coincidence in life, all a coincidence is life's little sign post....

Thanks for the info on SBI, and yes, I know that it is the way that I will go. Still brainstorming now, waiting for the right web-site name to come to me, and it will....
