I've read (and am reading again) "Ask and It is Given" by Ester and Jerry Hicks.
One of the "new" things that I've just realized in reading the process of meditation (# 6 in the book) is that through meditation you naturally allow the flow of attracting what you want. By focusing on your breathing and releasing thoughts makes the attraction process work much faster.
I recently started to meditate (regularly) for only 15 minutes each day and I am amazed at how fast those things that I want are flowing into my life. It's very exciting to know that I CAN deliberately create the life I WANT.
WOO HOO...let the allowing begin!
