can write a blog using just HTML, yet using blog publishing software is more convenient. Besides, with software we can start adding other useful features, such as it could remember the responses so that the user can go on a forum or consult their friends to get additional help without having to repeat everything. Or on question 4 perhaps the guide author will need to have the system do something different depending on what the answer to question 1 was...
