and well done on your PR...

i've run one marathon a year since 1992, and have experience 4+hr to 6+hr marathons...i hope to do a sub-4hr marathon someday...

i believe that anybody can finish a marathon if he/she puts in sufficient training (there are lots of online resource on how to train for a marathon)

all the best to those of you who are running your first marathon - train hard, and stay injury-free...the feeling when you complete your first marathon will be unforgettable...
