The only disturbing thing is that at 28 I feel like one of the older people here. I really hope that's going to change. I have the opinion I can give advice to 18year olds and tell them things I wish someone had told me before university but I would really like to get advice from someone 20 years older than me who has learned some lessons the hard way that are still ahead of me.

Greetings!
This feels really active to me-- TechnoGuyRob, have you been perusing all the boards? The reason it feels active is the quality, just as you've said, Trustme. Feels much better than sifting through a lot of quantity to find a few bits of quality !
Trustme, well, trust me I'm older than you

Now, something to wonder about, yes there are life stages and so on like before and after university as you mention. On the other hand, I feel I can often learn as much from someone much younger than me as one older....
I thought just yesterday that I saw a poll on age of members here..I'll look for it. I wonder also about the spread.
28--great age, huh?
all best,
