I am sorry. It is wrong to call someone stupid so I will not. But think about it. When they put something into a can it has bacteria in it that will grow. But then they heat the can to a high temperature to kill all the bacteria. So now you can keep the can for years and the bacteria in it will not grow since it has no live bacteria.
As soon as you open it, it has live bacteria in it that will grow. So it cannot be raw. What about bottled juice. Some had salmonella so by law all the bottled stuff has to be pasteurized. In nature the shell keeps the bacteria out, but break the shell and it enters. Note that urine is sterile meaning that there is no bacteria in it when it comes out.
GTS Organic Raw Kombuchu wants to put use raw juice in their bottles but they cannot by law (they told me this). But the kombuchu is raw because it is already spoiled or full of bacteria because it is bacteria.
