Natural way would be is to find other people's blogs who is similar to yours and participate in the discussion, comment on their blogs, bring value into conversation.
That is the natural way to bring traffic
You can google, there are hundreds ways to bring traffic (PPC, SEO...), but those I pointed out first is a great way and it is a way to build a relationship (might not be the fastest way, btw)
Also Blogging is the commitment and will require time. If you are not committed, it might be a problem.
