That's great to hear! Mind if I quote you on that for my website? It underlines the importance of subconsciously setting the intention to lucid dream.

I do have an article on prolonging lucidity. The single best thing is to say out loud "I'm dreaming, this is a lucid dream" every few minutes (no hardship, really). But there are a number of excellent tricks, like looking at something close up to improve your focus, or rubbing your hands to stimulate the sensation of friction or movement.

Thanks to these methods, I went from having lucid dreams that lasted a few seconds - to many that last up to 40 minutes! (it's easy to tell when you're dozing in the morning with one eye on the clock!)
