Guys do look up to guys who get a lot of women, there's no question about it. But you don't have to be in PUA to do that. You don't have to kiss and tell to be that way. Some guys just keep it to themselves, they have no need to get pats on the back from their friends. They just enjoy women. No crime there.
This is just the ancient story of the guy who "wouldn't commit", only now it's something being marketed.
