Ganzfeld Goggles- Secret to Psychic Abilities?
I have a pair of Ganzfeld Goggles just like this;
There are claims that Ganzfeld goggles can help drive a person into a deep state of trance, and make meditation even deeper, because they block out all light and create a single field of vision that has been known to cause hallucinations.
They have also been used in experiments with E.S.P and the claim from some researchers is that they (prove) or nearly prove E.S.P exists.

The Author says he will show you how to make these types of goggles and then use them to lose weight.
The instructions however are very simplistic, but maybe they work... still, using Ganzfeld while using hypnosis could still be a useful idea..
