Instead, read positive books, spend time with your family, spend time enjoying nature and its brilliance.
Personally I haven't done it myself, however I really don't watch a ton of TV anymore - sports on occasion, I never listen to the radio, and haven't tuned into to a news broadcast in quite a while. I feel that my life has been enhanced because of it. I used to be a CNN (Constant Negative News
