Reiki can feel hot too and QT can feel cold to the person receiving it. It's different for everyone. I didin't make it clear I was meaning the sensations I had as a practitioner rather than a healer (a healer is someone who is ill and is getting better!!!! i.e. the person on the receiving end!).
Also the practitioner can get one sensation (e.g. hot and sharp) and the healer can get another (e.g. cold or tingly).
and yes it can be sent distance but I've not ever sent it. I've had energy sent to me from someone on another continent before and yes I could feel it. It's fantastic
Oh and Rose - You have to get out of your own way!!! That goes for life as well as healing
