I don't know anyone who has personally experienced this, but I know it does happen to other people. I'm trying to remember now where I've read about it, but I am drawing a blank.
The one thing that immediately comes to mind for me are the number of (submissive) friends I have who feel a deep need upon occasion for a "scene" that pushes them to the point of crying. They crave the release that comes from that, and it is something they enjoy very much. After, they get much comfort and soothing from their top/dom/etc. Don't know if that's relevant in the *least* lol but just thought I'd share!
