I'm not sure what is preventing you from getting your work done, but sometimes for me it is overwhelm. If the situation seems too overwhelming, I might try to escape and avoid when I really need to plow through. If you get the
EFT-Talk podcast, the very first episode has a segment on overwhelm. If the problem is something else, EFT can still help, you just need to identify what the emotional block is and then use the EFT to move past it.
