Hiya!
I have read the book by Richard Gordon and tried working with it. The very first time it worked really great. (I did 20 minutes of QT on someone's scoliosis and his spine got straight) But after that I started taking it seriously and thinking way too much about it, asking myself if I was "doing it right", focusing way too much on my breathing and "forcing" the energy too much, which resulted in blocks. Now I'm not able to do it anymore.
I can't do Reiki so I cannot compare, but I love QT.
Thanks for reminding me, I'm going to read the book again right now!
