I don't understand why people who do not agree with the western way of life would choose a western country to live, work, and bring up their children.

In my country (not UK) there are some issues with immigration. Violent crime and prostitution have increased to levels never seen before due to increasing numbers of people from a particular country (it's a fact).

The problem is: there are A LOT of people immigrating that are genuinely looking to work, to better their lives, and live in peace in a foreign country. And God bless them. They too are not happy with the situation either, not just because it gives the whole community a bad name, but because often the same things now seen here are the same things these immigrants wanted to escape from, when they left their own countries.

My view is that anyone should be allowed to go anywhere they want in the look for a better life. HOWEVER, it's our govt's DUTY to do a proper scan of who can come in or not. Sadly, organised crime fools govt too easily.
