I convinced a coworker to give up soda for a month and she dropped 5 pounds with trying ( her eating habits are pretty bad ).
I have heard more than a few stories of people dropping 30 lbs doing nothing other than giving up soda and other beverages for water. |
That's what my brother used to do. Anytime he wanted to lose 10 lbs, he just stopped drinking soda and getting fast food. And heck, it worked like a charm!
