I believe if we did a Truman Show type thing with a baby child starting when it was born where the parents always flied around using stage equipment like a movie but the baby thought it was real, then the baby would fly itself.
Like maybe it sounds weird but if you were raised your whole life with your parents flying and everybody around you being able to float thats all you would know and there wouldn't be one doubt in your mind you wouldn't be able to fly too when you got to a specific age and I really do believe it would happen.
