Free coaching -- what a great opportunity!
What I've noticed when I gave coaching or training for free is that some people just didn't value what was given. It takes a lot of time and effort to deliver excellent quality, so you want to make sure that your clients (whether paying or not) know the value you are giving them. In my opinion, there has to be an exchange in "energy", either financial or in some other way. Have that written in your initial contract.
