I am about to launch a community site and I have yet to make my "Terms of Service", that is, the Privacy policy and Disclaimer.

I have not found any service that does this, I am willing to pay XX $. In the couple of popular freelance sites I have researched this does seem to be a service offered either.

Does anyone know a good way to go about it?
