I stumbled on to this thread and I think I should share the information. I'm 30 yrs old and I have quit smoking for the last 15 months. I smoked for 11 years and I was smoking upto 20/day when I finally quit. The main reason for my success was Whyquit.com , which is a free resource for sensible quitters.
