On the other hand, when I watch TV, there is no little voice narrating what I am seeing. Nor do I need this narration to understand what's going on.
How do I stop the little dude reading outloud in my head, and how do I comprehend without him??

I did not try photoreading but tried the methods that Tony Buzan taught on speed reading and it was impressive. I am able to double my reading speed just using one tip and I had not finished the whole book yet.
