Default starting out...

ssandra,
Congrats! I am a serial entrepreneur myself. I was quite successful once and blew it the second time (I wasnt pursuing something I loved, silly I know.) In my belief and in my experience, the bottom line is love what you do and work it like crazy.

As for the economy, an entrepreneur who is fast on her feet probably has a better chance of doing well during whatever we have coming than just about anyone else. If we have a depression, a "good solid job" will not help you. Seemingly solid companies will close their doors. You boss may come to your looking for a job. Tell him to look for opportunity instead. Jobs are not always there. Opportunities are ALWAYS there.

Steve has some really great articles on this site about quitting your job and making it happen, but also about the greater security of NOT having a job.

As for you business idea/plan, its pretty similar to mine. If you like drop me a note sometime and we can brainstorm it a little. It is not a Zero sum game there is plenty.

regards,

Wayne
